We may provide links on the Site to other websites that are not under our control. In general, any website that has an address (or URL) not containing our domain name is such a website. These links are provided for  convenience or reference only and are not intended as an endorsement by us of the organization or individual operating the website or a warranty of any type regarding the website or the information on the website.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Khant Industries and is protected by U.S. copyright laws. All logos included on this site are the property of Khant Industries. This site and any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Khant Industries.

No Liability to Patients. Client shall supply Khant Industries in writing with all specifications and information reasonably required by Khant Industries to prepare the restoration requested by client. While Khant Industries reserves the right to request further specifications or information, it expressly disclaims any duty to do so and may rely entirely upon the original specifications and information provided by client without any duty of investigation. Client shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of any such specifications or information. Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold Khant Industries and its officers, shareholders and directors, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising by reason of the treatment of any client’s patients or the actual application, fit, alignment or ultimate use of any restoration prepared by Khant Industries hereunder. IN NO EVENT SHALL KHANT INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PATIENTS OF CLIENT FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF ANY RESTORATION OR OTHERWISE.

All intellectual property rights in any dental products, whether or not created in connection with orders, supplied by Khant Industries shall remain the property of Khant Industries exclusively (including but not limited to rights under patents, trademarks, copyright or design rights).

Limited warranty is for two years from the date of invoice. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied and may not be modified by any agent, employee, representative or distributor of Khant Industries. 

Khant Industries will remake the original product for lab errors, material failure or defects in workmanship (not including wear and tear or discoloration) within the product warranty period. Remakes due to the fit will be covered if submitted within one month of the initial invoice.

The following shall not be covered by Khant Industries’s warranty: 

• repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth structure or tissue structures or dental hygiene; or

• Restorations partially or completely fabricated by other labs

• Doctor/practice has chosen to disregard the lab’s technical recommendations

If during the applicable warranty period, the client experiences any problems with its restoration that are covered by the warranty as described herein, Khant Industries will replace defective products with one of equal or lesser value. The client will be charged the difference for a replacement product of greater value. 

In order for client to receive the benefits of the warranty, client agrees as follows:

• Client must provide Khant Industries with proof of purchase, including an invoice and patient name;

• The original dental restoration (including any damaged pieces);

• The restoration must be inserted by a licensed, practicing dentist; and

• If Khant Industries requests a new data, but is instructed by client to proceed without the new data, the warranty shall be null and void, and any further remakes will be completed at full cost

Client will receive an invoice via email for every case delivered detailing the products and associated fees incurred. In addition, client will receive a monthly statement listing all outstanding invoices. All outstanding fees are due within 15 days of the statement date. Any accounts not paid within 15 days of the statement date may be put on hold (and/or converted to a C.O.D. basis) and may be sent to collections. Client shall pay all costs of collection, including without limitation, collection agency and attorneys’ fees, incurred by Khant Industries. 

Remake Policy will not apply to any account past due. Khant Industries reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to accept new or complete existing orders until the balance is paid in full and the account is current.

Payments may be made by checks or credit card.Returned checks will be assessed the written amount and a fee of $50 may be charged for all returned checks.

Khant Industries must receive written notice of any disputed charges from client within thirty (30) days after the invoice or client shall be deemed to have waived its right to dispute the charges.

This site is provided by Khant Industries on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Khant Industries makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

KHANT INDUSTRIES MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not assume any responsibility or risk for your use of the Site. Khant Industries accepts no liability for any cause arising under or related from any use of or reliance upon the site or its content. In no event will Khant Industries be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other indirect loss or damage including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings arising out of the performance, non-performance or defective performance of our obligations irrespective of whether or not we were made aware of the possibility of such loss.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and by the laws of the state of New York without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Rochester, New York, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

We may update or amend these terms and conditions (including our payment term). Notice of any changes will be given by web notification and invoice. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you indicate your acceptance to be bound by the updated or amended terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
